“It is okay”

Have you ever felt so angry/sad/tired/upset but people around you kept telling relax and that’s nothing and it’s not right for you feel it that way but you somehow you just wanted to be angry/sad/tired/upset for sometime?

Be as you are, not as you think you should be. And it is okay to feel how you feel because the moment you overcome this feeling you will feel much much better. But get back up stronger/happier/calmer and that makes the difference.
