In response to Discover challengeMemory

For this week’s Discover challenge, let’s focus on memory. In any medium you choose (text, photography, ink, watercolor, oil paints, collage….) recall an event, experience, or object that holds special meaning for you.

My dear friend Wiki tells me – a Memory:

Storage: creation of a permanent record of the encoded information in short term or long term “memory”. Retrieval, recall or recollection: calling back the stored information in response to some cue for use in a process or activity.

Memories hold a important place in me. I’m sure it does to everyone. Sometimes good memories are

pretty small but the bad ones are bigger than you can imagine. Bad ones overpower the good ones. You forget you had ever good ones to move your day. The bad ones hover around for long. But that’s human mind isn’t it, don’t pay much attention to the good ones no matter how less you have them. Then the bad ones make you decide, make you put a plan for future. That’s good isn’t it, makes you stronger.

Anyways. Just a thought for mind & soul.

I always love writing or taking photos as memories(thus my blog is called as moipensieve, remember! :P). So you can read/view most of my thoughts all around my website. 🙂 Read on..

Most recently, for FFfAW I wrote a piece about memories. Please check it out >>

Please let me know what you think. 🙂

Until then,
