Survive

Recently I was reading a blog (http://clairediazortiz.com/word-define-year/  @claire) and I just realised 2 things – I’m too late reading this post (LOL :P) and I need to set the word for this year as this year is highly important to me from all aspects.

The word for me is “Survive”.

Survival in the new phase of life called motherhood. Survival in the organization back post maternity. I need to be on MY TOES. SMART. MULTITAKING. Yet find time for myself to cool down from the grind and jump right back the next day. Survival fits the best for this year. If i survive, survive good i would say, the life then on would be smooth. This post is also a motivational post for self, to come back and read and think that I’m not alone in this – there are others who have gone through this phase and have achieved their best (kudos, ladies!).

Which comes to the next part as to I’ve been wanting to make my reading and writing a normal routine. So with that, I plan to buy this book (Say Goodbye to Survival Mode: 9 Simple Strategies to Stress Less, Sleep More, and Restore Your Passion for Life by Crystal Paine). It seems to be good – read couple of pages on amazon.

“SURVIVAL”
